If you have any concerns, simply get in touch with our team via email. To help us assess the situation and provide the best outcome, we ask that you include clear photos of the plants along with your order number. This allows us to identify any issues and offer tailored care advice to help your plants recover.
While we take great care in packing your order, delivery timeframes are outside of our control. We understand delays can be disappointing and may impact plant condition, and we’ll always take this into consideration when reviewing your claim.
In some cases, we may determine that the plant isn’t suited to your conditions — whether that’s climate, season, or placement. If that happens, we’ll work with you to provide a more suitable alternative, ensuring you get the best possible result for your pond or water garden.
