Refund policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for change of mind or wrong selection for both plants and dry goods. If you have a problem with a product you have purchased from us please contact us directly by email outlining the problem.
Should any product we sell be faulty, not fit for use or incorrectly described, please contact us by email so we can rectify it.
Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer.
Although all products purchased come with their own manufacturer’s warranty. In some cases this can be further extended upon registration with them directly .
Any warranties and/or refunds do not include shipping costs.
