Our team at the nursery are expert at packaging your precious pond plants. The plants are packed to withstand their journey around Australia & are labled 'Live Plants' & 'This way up' to help with their transportation.
We use a flat shipping rate of $15 for postage & handling anywhere in Australia. Alternatively, you can click & collect from our retail outlet in Bowral - We Know Pets
We dispatch orders every weekday. We will email you when your order leaves the nursery.
We are located in Bowral, NSW. Unfortunately the nursery is not open to the public. We do have a retailer in Bowral that holds the full compliment of our plants- We Know Pets. You can select this as an option for 'click & collect' at the checkout. Our climate has frosty winters & warm summers. We have first hand experience growing ponds plants in these conditions!
Yes, all but a few of our live plants come with our unique floating pond plant rings. Plants that don't come with rings are water lily corms, nymphoides & waterchestnuts.
Yes, we do supply landscapers with bulk purchases for pond planting as well as pond filtration and equipment. Please contact us for more information.
You will be emailed a tracking number for the service that will deliver your order. Click on the tracking number here and follow the prompts for the delivery status. If there are any questions, get in touch with us.
Yes, as the long as the lighting is suitable all of our plants can be grown in an aquarium.
