Product Description and Content
We Know Water Gardens is as accurate as possible on descriptions of both product and content of the website.
Information including descriptions, facts sheets and blogs is general in nature and seeking independent advice is recommended for your specific needs or requirements.
Due the growing needs of some plants, some pots may be grey or black in colour. We can not change any pot colour.
Orders
Purchases will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Customers will be notified of any delays or unavailability of stock.
Plant Dispatch
Due to quarantine laws plants cannot be shipped to Tasmania or Western Australia. Plants are dispatched every weekday. We may hold back an order if we believe that a public holiday or extreme heat conditions could impact the quality of the plants. We will notify you via email when your plants have left the nursery. The product will be shipped using the most appropriate shipping method including post or courier.
Dry Good Dispatch
All other dry goods are dispatched on the next business day, unless advised otherwise. The product will be shipped using the most appropriate shipping method including post or courier.
Payments
Credit card payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.
When purchasing goods from this website you are authorising us to deduct the total sales amount (of product plus delivery fee) incl GST from your credit card.
All prices quoted on this website include GST.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice (excluding order of products already confirmed).
We Know Water Gardens retains the right to reject orders where it sees fit. If an order is rejected, you will be contacted in a timely manner and any charges made against your card refunded.
In cases where a product ordered is out of stock or may be delayed, we will contact you via email with an estimated date or arrival and provide you with an alternative product where appropriate or cancel the order and provide a refund.
You must notify us within 24hours if there is a problem, otherwise any claim may/will be rejected at our discretion.
Delivery of Products
Deliveries from We Know Water Gardens are sent on an “authority to leave” basis, and we cannot accept any responsibility for goods after arrival.
We pack our orders including plants with great care, but should they arrive damaged contact us via email within 24 hours of receipt, so we can verify and rectify any issues.
Our Plants are ready to place into your pond so as soon as possible after they arrive, fit their floating ring and allow the plants to float in the pond or in a container of water.
Returns or Problems
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for change of mind or wrong selection for both plants and dry goods. If you have a problem with a product you have purchased from us please contact us directly either by telephone or email outlining the problem.
Should any product we sell be faulty, not fit for use or incorrectly described. Please contact us by email so we can rectify it.
Although all products purchase come with their own Manufacturer’s Warranty. In some cases this can be further extended upon registration with them directly.
Any warranties and/or refunds do not include shipping costs.
