Kang Kong is a fantastic warm climate water plant. Given the right growing conditions, it develops leaves and stems at a rapid rate and is an ideal edible in stir fries and Asian salads. Leaves reach between 5 and 15cm in size the firm stems hold them upright above the water

Submersible - To a depth of 2cm (remove tall foliage when using with a ring)
