Super green smoothie
This super green smoothie can be made up using a ninja, or kitchen blender.
Kangkong is high in folate, niacin, Vitamins B5 & B6, thiamin, phosphorous, selenium and zinc. It is also dense with fibre, antioxidants and electrolytes including sodium and potassium.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of kangkong
- 125ml of unsweetend almond milk
- 1 banana
- 5 strawberries
- a quarter of a tspn vanilla bean paste
Add all ingredients to your blender or smoothie
maker. Include the stems of the kangong, these are highly nutritious!
For a summer time treat, freeze the banana and strawberries!
Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glass and enjoy!
